Job Responsibilities:

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
HR background with project management experience (ideal).
HR certifications and proven HR work history (asset).
Familiarity with HR systems, system upgrades, and LEAN technologies (Lean software experience preferred).
Change management experience is a strong asset.

Education/Experience:

University degree with 2+ years of related experience, OR minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Fluency in French (spoken & written) is required
Intermediate level of spoken and written English (required to communicate with colleagues, clients, and partners outside Quebec).
