CGK Linens is a leading US-based eCommerce company specializing in high-quality bedding products. As a large and growing eCommerce business operating across Amazon, Shopify, international supply chains, warehousing, and 3PL partners, we are focused on building stronger systems and infrastructure that can support the business as it continues to scale.

About the Role:

We are looking to hire an experienced Senior ERP Implementation & Systems Manager to lead the selection, implementation, and long-term ownership of CGK Linens’ ERP system. You will assess business requirements across finance, accounting, inventory, order management, warehousing, 3PL operations, supply chain, Shopify, and Amazon, then evaluate ERP options and recommend the best solution for the company.

You will develop a clear implementation strategy, timeline, resource plan, and budget, and then own the project from requirements gathering and system selection through integrations, data migration, testing, go-live, and post-launch optimization. You will also determine whether implementation should be handled internally, through an external implementation partner, or through a hybrid approach, and manage the necessary resources to ensure a successful rollout.

This role is a Full-Time remote position. 

We are looking for a Senior ERP Implementation & Systems Manager specifically with these requirements:

• 5+ years in ERP or business/enterprise systems, ideally in eCommerce, retail, consumer goods, or distribution.
• Proven track record leading a full end-to-end ERP implementation, from selection through go-live and support.
• Experience selecting ERP platforms based on business needs, not just administering an existing one.
• Strong grasp of accounting/finance workflows: reporting, controls, reconciliations, ERP financial modules.
• Solid background in inventory, order management, supply chain, warehousing, and 3PL operations.
• Experience with eCommerce systems and integrations, ideally Shopify and Amazon.
• Strong understanding of integrations, data flows, APIs/connectors, and how platforms feed an ERP.
• Experience managing ERP vendors, consultants, or implementation partners.
• Ability to assess processes, spot inefficiencies and risks, and turn them into system solutions.
• Experience with data migration, UAT, documentation, and go-live planning.
• Strong project management skills: plans, timelines, budgets, resourcing.
• Comfortable working independently and presenting to senior leadership; excellent English communication.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Assess current systems, workflows, and integrations across finance, inventory, OMS, warehousing/3PL, supply chain, Shopify, and Amazon.
• Identify system gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and automation/consolidation opportunities.
• Evaluate ERP platforms and recommend the best fit for current operations and growth.
• Present leadership with a clear ERP strategy: platform, approach, timeline, resources, risks, milestones.
• Decide whether implementation runs internally, via an external partner, or hybrid.
• Lead the implementation end to end: requirements, configuration, integrations, migration, testing, training, go-live, stabilization.
• Build strong finance/accounting controls focused on accuracy, visibility, and fewer errors.
• Design and coordinate integrations between the ERP and Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, and accounting tools.
• Manage ERP vendors, implementation partners, and consultants as needed.
• Partner with finance, supply chain, operations, and leadership to keep the ERP aligned to real needs.
• Establish documentation, system governance, permissions, and reporting processes.
• Own the ERP long-term: optimization, troubleshooting, upgrades, and building supporting resources.
