Timmons Group is currently seeking a Landscape Designer I or II in our Charlottesville, VA office. Our award-winning landscape architecture and land planning team offers an extensive range of services for commercial, mixed-use, parks and open space, energy and renewables, campus and institution, and multi-family clients across multiple markets. Our studio strives to create dynamic places that achieve timeless appeal and are tailored to our clients’ goals and the communities we serve.
We are seeking self-motivated individuals who are passionate about the built environment, enthusiastic about design at all scales, and comfortable working in a collaborative studio culture. Candidates are expected to work in the office up to four days per week, with flexibility in scheduling those days based on project needs and team coordination. We have a sincere commitment to giving responsibility to our designers while providing meaningful opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and long-term career growth.Essential Roles and Responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:

Compensation: Our best estimate of the salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. This position is eligible for straight-time overtime. There may be flexibility on salary for experienced candidates. Offers are based on a range of job-related factors such as internal equity, experience, skills, education, credentials role complexity.
