General Production Worker (2nd Shift)

Join a fast-paced food production team where you'll play an important role in maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency while gaining valuable manufacturing experience.

What You'll Do

• Support daily production operations in a meat-processing facility
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and food-safe
• Move materials, ingredients, and finished products throughout the plant
• Set up and prepare workstations and supplies for upcoming shifts
• Assist with equipment setup, cleanup, and basic adjustments
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy
• Complete production paperwork and communicate any issues to supervisors
• Safely operate hand jacks and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
• Help maintain smooth production flow and support team members as needed

Work Environment

This position is located in a meat-processing facility with refrigerated and temperature-controlled areas. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working around production equipment in a fast-paced environment. Safety, teamwork, and quality are top priorities every day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
