Job Description

Salary: $60,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong background in the Finance sector (banking, capital markets, accounting, or financial services)
• Proficient in both French and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Experience with requirements gathering, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities
• Located in Toronto or willing to commute to the area (preferred)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain insights into financial processes, systems, and requirements
• Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Convert business needs into detailed specifications for technical teams
• Assist in solution design, testing, and implementation processes
• Serve as a liaison among business, technology, and external partners
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Communicate effectively in both French and English with global and local teams
• Ensure adherence to financial, regulatory, and internal control standards
