Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
• Experience analyzing large datasets using python, MATLAB, R, Julia, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and learn new technologies with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, actionable analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or other technical organizations.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization techniques including uncertainty quantification methods.
• Experience working with production, manufacturing, or test data.
• Knowledge of electric propulsion, aerospace systems, or other advanced engineering technologies is a plus but not required.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Retirement savings plan (401k).
  • Professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge space propulsion technology.
  • Exposure to advanced engineering, testing, and manufacturing operations.
  • Opportunity to influence product development and production decisions through meaningful data analysis.
  • Collaborative environment working alongside engineers developing next-generation space systems.
